How to Calculate Your Holiday Price
All prices shown are for accommodation only.
Car Hire
Car Hire can be booked through the web site or if you prefer transfers can be arranged. Please call us for a quote.
You may prefer more flexible arrangements, leaving us to tailor-make your holiday with the option of two centre stays, fly-drive or a city break at the beginning or end of your stay: if its possible we will do our very best to meet your requirements.

Accommodation
Hotel prices are based on standard rooms on a bed and breakfast basis unless otherwise specified. For room upgrades please select the upgraded room type when you conduct a search.
Apartment prices are based on the price of the apartment not per person. Prices include cleaning once a week, heating and or air-conditioning, gas, electricity, water and linen. For any additional services you will be charged locally.
Children Welcome
A child symbol indicates all the properties specialising in family holidays. These properties go out of their way to welcome families and provide additional facilities to make your stay with children as easy as possible. Most standard rooms will take an extra bed or cot (not both) although some properties will allow bed sharing between an infant an child.
Childrens' Reductions
Children's reductions generally apply to children between the ages of 2 and 11 inclusive if sharing a room with two full paying passengers, however this does vary from property to property, so please check the the details of each property as shown on the relevant web page.
Satellite TV
Where we mention that a property has satellite TV, we can make no guarantee of the channels you can watch, or that an English channel will be available.
Swimming Pools
Swimming Pools are open and heated at the hotels’ discretion. The period when the pool is open may be affected by weather conditions and maintenance and as they operate outside our control, we cannot guarantee their availability.
Golf
Andalucia offers some of the best golf in the world. We have negotiated special rates for golfers of all abilities to play golf on courses on the Costa del Sol and Costa de la Luz. You can choose to play just for the day on a number of courses or take advantage of some special golf packages. Full details of golf courses are shown in our brochure. Special Needs
We are happy to advise and assist elderly, special needs or disabled customers. However some properties are not able to offer the simplest facilities such as wheelchairs, ramps etc. In order to select the best properties for your needs please contact us for information. We must also be provided with full written details of any disability or special requirements before booking to ascertain whether the holiday of your choice is suitable. Failure to advise us prior to booking may result in the termination of the holiday arrangements with us, for which we would not be liable to make alternative arrangements, or to make refunds or pay compensation.

Health and Safety
Safety standards comply with local regulations applicable, but we cannot guarantee that these meet British standards. E.g. cots supplied conform to local standards, but it remains your responsibility to check they meet with your child’s requirements.
TRAVEL
Passport and Visas
It is your responsibility to be in possession of a full ten-year passport and any visa necessary visas. Under 16’s who are not already included on their parents’ passport are required to have their own passport. A visa is not necessary for British passport holders.
Holders of non-EU and EEA passports and non-British citizens are strongly advised to check with the relevant consulate whether a visa is required, and with British Immigration for re-entry into the UK.
Flights
We realise you may wish to fly from your nearest regional airport or with a low cost airline. Should this be the case we will be more than happy to give you a quote. Please call us on 0845 230 1212
If you wish to book your own flights, we will be happy to book accommodation and car hire only. We do not charge a supplement for bookings that do not include a flight providing the booking is for a minimum of 3 nights.
Independent Flight Arrangements
For clients who have booked their own flights, please advise us of any delays or cancellations as soon as possible, so we are able to advise the hotels. We cannot be held responsible if we are not advised of late arrivals or ‘no shows’. If we are not advised in time you may not be able to access your accommodation. Accommodation under these circumstances will still be charged for.
Transport to your destination
For those who do not wish to fly, we offer the option of Motor-rail or car ferry. We have very competitive rates with P&O, Seafrance and the Motor-rail companies. Please call us for a quote.
Overnight Hotels
We can offer discounted hotel accommodation in many parts of Spain including en-route if you are driving.
Car Parking, Insurance and Airport Hotels
Click on our web link to book insurance, airport parking, airport lounges and overnight hotels at UK airports. These services can all be booked directly from our system and included in your travel documents.
